Theo Ottawa Student Housing Project

Katasa is creating the Theo Ottawa site located on the corner of Rideau and King Edward. The site was formerly occupied by the Department of Defence and acquired by Katasa for 16.25M in Decmeber of 2018. The development will be ready for student housing by September 2019 further revitalizing and providing a dynamic young infusion into the area.
